Employees of the Data Analysis and Intelligent Systems Department deal with data analysis as well as analysis, modeling and simulation of business processes for various enterprises and areas of digital business. To key areas of our interest belong also cloud solutions, artificial neural networks, genetic algorithms, search algorithms in Internet resources and applications. We offer professional advice, guidance, and actionable solutions to business experiencing issuess on the design of management information systems. Professor Jerzy S. Zieliński, scientific and didactic supervisor of many dissertations and previous Head of the Department of Computer Science, was the initiator of research on artificial intelligence and business systems and applications for the power industry since the early 1990s.
