In the 1st stage you have to submit an application form through the USOSWeb platform.
Recruitment will be open from 5.02.2024 from 2:00 PM to 1.03.2024 until 2:00 PM.

2nd stage of the enrolment takes place at the given Faculties from 2 to 11 March 2024.
In case of queries, please contact your Faculty Coordinator to ask about the 2nd stage of enrolment.
Once you see in USOSweb that you have been awarded the mobility, immediately fill in additional information regarding the planned period of the trip, scholarships received from the UŁ or claim the need of disability top-up (if applicable).
After final approval of the data by the Faculty Coordinator, the status "completed" will be shown next to your mobility in USOSweb at the qualification stage.
Once you have been awarded the mobility, then you will be able to print out the form called Application of Candidate for the mobility (example below). Read the document with understanding, check the correctness of the data, sign it in the place of the Candidate's signature and submit it to the Faculty Coordinator, no later than 22.03.2024.
If you have been qualified for the mobility to be implemented in the first year of your next degree program at the University of Lodz (i.e., for example, you are currently in the 3rd year of your bachelor's degree program and have been granted a mobility to be implemented in the first year of your second degree program, or you are currently in the 2nd year of your second degree program and have been granted a mobility to be implemented in the first year of your third degree program, it is mandatory that you bring along with the above application a signed commitment to continue your studies at the same faculty (file attached).
Remember, it is not possible to realize the mobility from a different unit (faculty) than the one from which you received the mobility (except for students who received the mobility from the unit "University of Lodz" (those interested in women/gender issues and participants of doctoral schools). If the student changes the home faculty in the year of departure, i.e. 2024/25, the granted mobility in this recruitment in the year 2023/24, will not be eligible for implementation.

COORDINATORS
Faculty-level Mobility and ECTS Coordinators at the University of Lodz are responsible for outgoing UL students. They can assist you with the following tasks:
- ECTS Coordinator is the person with whom you agree on LAS/LAT (Learning Agreement for Studies/Traineeships) before your mobility and - if necessary - during mobility (changes in the document). Upon return, ECTS Coordinator confirms that your mobility semester is approved.
